Your Role: As our new KS1 (Early Years Curriculum) SEND Class Teacher, you will:
- Motivate, encourage, and inspire children to develop independence and self-esteem.
- Deliver engaging and purposeful learning experiences that capture children’s imaginations and innate sense of fun.
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Set high expectations for achievement and behaviour while celebrating individual successes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance the learning experience and promote a positive school culture.
